Returns

WorkwearOne are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but we understand that sometimes things can go a little wrong for a number of reasons, which is why we have created this returns guide to cover all eventualities.

If you wish to send an item back we ask that you send it via a reputable delivery company and we will reimburse all costs if your return qualifies. Please use our quick return guide for full details of the return procedure.

We will refund the cost of the item returned only, we will not refund the cost of delivery and your cost to send back to us. We reserve the right to charge a nominal restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund amount, you will be notified if this effects your return.

In all instances these item will be reviewed by our quality control department and you will be contacted to discuss the best course of action. In the event that a mistake has been made on our part we will correct it at our cost.
  • Change of mind
  • Artwork / Logo supplied was incorrect
If we have already finished the customisation and you change your mind, you will still be charged the full cost of the item and the quoted amount for customisation.

In some instances we can unpick embroidery, so if there is a mistake with your supplied logo please contact us for costs.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it's damaged or defective, we'll refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. If you require a replacement for the damaged goods we will resend at no extra cost.

We'll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you, including re-stocking fees.

How will I be refunded if I return my item within 30 days?

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item. We won't refund the cost of delivery, return delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. We reserve the right to charge a nominal restocking fee, we will in form you if this effects you when you request your return.

How will I be refunded if I return my item within the 7-day "cooling off" period?

By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.

Where you're withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the item. We won't refund the cost of delivery, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided, unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part.
