What does despatched within 3 - 4 days mean?
This means we will endeavour to process and send out your order within 3 - 4 working days, providing ourselves or Dickies have stock of the products you have ordered. If this is not the case, you will be notified by email.
Please note: this website is not linked to a live stock system, and the despatch times listed are only a guideline.
We will be able to despatch the item within the time specified, which means that the item will leave our premises in that time.
The time for the delivery to transport your goods to you are in addition to despatch times.

Mixed despatch times?
If your order contains items with mixed despatch times we will despatch when all items are in stock to minimise delivery costs.
If an item is urgent and is available for despatch on the same day then please call 0845 373 0294 (calls cost 3p per minute plus your phone company's access charge) and we will despatch this as soon as possible.
